I accidentally ordered the wrong panel and wasn’t sure how smooth the return would be, but it ended up being really easy. The steps were clear, customer service got back to me quickly, and my refund came through just a few days after they received the item. It definitely gave me more confidence ordering from them again because they handled everything without any hassle.

It was frustrating. They kept changing the dates on me, and each time I was kind of left wondering what was going on. Like, I get that things happen, schedules move around, whatever, but just explain it properly. I felt like I had to piece things together myself, and the communication was just not great.

Finally. I found the patch panels I needed in stock here when pretty much every other site had them on backorder. Ordering was quick, the shipment showed up with everything included, and it all worked out fine. Easy. Happy with the whole experience.

The parts arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain there. That said, the shipping felt a bit slow, and I wish there had been more updates along the way. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average.

The carrier kept pushing the delivery back, and when the box finally showed up, it was beat up. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to contact about it, just automated updates and generic info. Definitely not the best experience I’ve had with AMD...
